Post #20: Spider Web Colour Wheel

Spiderweb Colour Wheel

Spider Web Colour Wheel

Today I am going to present with you an art piece I call ‘Spider Web Colour Wheel’. I made this using white crayon, a paper spider cut-out, watercolor paper and of course, watercolor!! I love how this art piece turned out and how it portrayed all tertiary colours, secondary colours and primary colours with their tones, tints and complementary colours. When I was making this piece of art, I wanted to make a colour wheel but with a little twist. I ended up making a spiderweb since I had enough sections for all the colours and I could add a spider for extra effect. Also, like a spider web, it didn’t have to be perfect. I especially like how it is the complete opposite from an actual spider web colour-wise; from black and white to colour! The bright colours in this art piece fill me with joy, and I hope that you admire this art piece and are encouraged to make something out of the ordinary! 😃
